Hi,

I had my in ground gunite pool resurfaced with fiberglass. Now the water turns chalky or milky looking when swimming. Also there is now a blister about 2 feet in diameter on the bottom. Resurfacing company will take no resposibility for problems. Does anyone know what exactly causes this to happen. I need some facts to fight them so that I can get it fixed?

Please help.
